Thanksgiving is coming, Thanksgiving is coming! One week! Holidays that revolve around food and family are my favorite. Especially because my family knows how to cook and eat well. There is a lot to be thankful for at the dinner table, but my two favorite Thanksgiving dishes are stuffing and cranberry sauce. That inspired me to mix those two into this recipe. Delicious, fragrant stuffing with tart bites of cranberries. If that’s something you also love, you have to try this classic cranberry stuffing.

Quick Waldorf Salad

I eat salads almost religiously for lunch Monday through Friday. It’s not forced though. The truth is, I love salads. I’ll blame my mom for this – she has a salad recipe arsenal that would satisfy any craving. I do sometimes get bored of a certain kind of salad, so I like to mix things up and make something different every now and then. And given the produce currently in season, I’ll probably be eating this super quick waldorf salad for the next month!

They’ve all ripened beautifully and have had that perfect sweetness. This means they are also fun to cook with, not just snack on.
