Spicy shrimp. You will always have me at spicy shrimp. These Cajun Shrimp with Homemade Seasoning is crazy easy for a weeknight dinner – especially if you premake the seasoning. They are also delicious as an appetizer, or even prepped for lunch!
I love shrimp and could eat so many in one sitting. Especially when they are blackened with a spicy seasoning. This cajun seasoning brings some heat, but it’s also incredibly flavorful. Cooking it on a cast iron skillet also helps enhance some of those flavors even more.
You can definitely take this recipe and cook it on the grill, though don’t ask me about cooking times. Living in an apartment with a wooden deck mean no grilling for me this year! But I guarantee it’s another summery way to enjoy this dish.
