I enjoy refreshing cocktails in the summer because of the abundance of fresh fruits and herbs. Pimm’s Cups are the (un)official beverage of Wimbledon and are more popular in the UK than the US. But what they are, are delicious. Light and fruity but without the cloying sweetness of simple syrup or loads of added sugar.
