Ingredients
1/2CupSparkling Rosé Wine (chilled)
1/4CupCranberry Juice
2Tbsp.Rosemary Simple Syrup(see notes)
Instructions
In a glass, add in the rosé, cranberry juice, and simple syrup. Stir to combine and garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Notes
Rosemary Simple Syrup:In a medium sauce pan, add 1 cup of white sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1 sprig of rosemary over medium high heat. Whisk until it comes to a boil and let it simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let sit for 30 minutes. Pour through a sieve to remove all of the rosemary leaves. Store in refrigerator for up to one week. Yields 1 1/4 Cups.
