Brandy Lemon Baked Plums
These decadent Brandy Lemon Baked Plums take less than 15 minutes and are sure to impress.

Ripe plums, halved and pit removed

Brandy
1/4
Cup
Brown Sugar

Lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking dish with foil. Place plum halves cut side up in the dish.
Drizzle the brandy over the tops of all 8 halves. Then top with a generous amount of brown sugar and 1 tsp of lemon zest.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Then, turn your oven to broil, and broil for 5-8 minutes, until the sugar begins to brown and bubble.
Remove from oven, top with remaining lemon zest. Serve warm with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
