15 Minute Baked Salmon
Fast and easy baked salmon with butter, dill and lemon.

Ingredients

Fresh salmon fillet

Tbsp.
Butter
3
cloves
Garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1 1/2
Tbsp.
Fresh dill, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.
Place butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Microwave for about 30 seconds, or until butter has melted and garlic is fragrant.
Season salmon with salt and pepper and pour garlic butter mixture evenly over the fish. Top with chopped dill.
Bake in 400 degree oven for about 12 minutes, until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
Remove from oven and squeeze the juice of 1/2 of a lemon over the salmon. Cut into 4 portions and serve hot.
