Incredibly simple, yet delicious and impressive dish for breakfast or brunch. Can be served with fruit, chocolate, Nutella, maple syrup, or any other topping!

2/3CupAll-Purpose Flour
2/3CupMilk, room temperature
3Eggs
1Tbsp.White Sugar
1tsp.Vanilla
1pinchSalt
3Tbsp.Butter
Instructions
Place cast iron skillet, or other ovenproof skillet, in the oven, and preheat to 400 degrees F. Add the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt to a blender. Blend until well combined, about 1 minute.
Carefully remove preheated pan from oven. Add the butter to the pan and swirl it around until it is melted and coating the bottom and edges of the pan.
Pour the batter directly into the pan. Carefully place in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for about 20-22 minutes, or until the edges are a golden brown, and the center is puffed.
Remove from oven and top with your desired toppings. Cut into slices (or halves) and serve warm.
